THE BEGINNING
Built on Hard Work and Determination
MSC Structural Framing began more than 30 years ago with the determination and work ethic of its founders, Mark Proscelle and Monica Proscelle. What started as MSC Drywall & Metal Framing was built through tireless effort, long hours, and an unwavering commitment to delivering quality work.
Working seven days a week in the early years, Mark and Monica focused on one simple principle: deliver every project on time and with the highest level of craftsmanship. Through consistency, reliability, and integrity, the MSC name quickly earned the trust of clients throughout San Diego and surrounding areas.
EVOLUTION
Expanding into Prefabrication
As the company continued to grow, MSC began expanding into prefabricated panel systems more than a decade ago. Prefabrication allowed projects to be completed faster, safer, and with greater precision while maintaining the same commitment to quality that built the company.
The addition of FrameCAD technology marked a major step forward. With advanced design and manufacturing capabilities, MSC is now able to design structural wall systems and fabricate components in-house. This integration between design, fabrication, and field installation has positioned MSC Structural Framing as a trusted partner in modern panelized construction.
THE NEXT GENERATION
Continuing the MSC Legacy
As the company grew, so did the Proscelle family. Today, the next generation is actively involved in the business, with Christopher Proscelle and Sheldon Proscelle, both serving as directors of operations and owners, bringing new energy and perspective to the company.
While embracing modern construction technologies and prefabrication methods, the company remains firmly grounded in the values that built it. Mark and Monica continue to oversee the business as presidents, ensuring that the principles of quality, on-time delivery, and honesty remain at the core of MSC Structural Framing as the company continues moving forward.
